We are not satisfied about our residence in this hotel
The staff are very good, gentile, kind and so collaborative Thanks
piscina was closed and the hotel did not mention that before the bookings, even in the virus corona situation, the swimming pool could be open like tables and chairs around. there is no enough space in the reception and there is no garden to stay for time relax. I think the hotel between 2 and 3 stars The dinner so expensive and not enough at least for one person. a lot of restaurant in Rome i can pay less and have a very good meal. I asked Tea after dinner and they said that they can not do tea, it is so strange, they can of course prepare easily the tea for us. The room was very very small and we were 4 persons *2 adults and 2 children( they did not consider that we need a space for children to feel relax. There is no any way to reach the bus station, it was very far, and i suffered with my family and young children to go and return to hotel. it was very horrible and difficult The room was not cleaned enough The refrigerator was not good at all , very small, no enough space in cupboard There is no good bar service at all.
