« Séjour de nuit de noce qui aurait pu être beaucoup mieux ! »
Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec un large choix de produits et les horaires étant assez flexible (7h-10h). Le personnel parle assez bien anglais ce qui facilite la compréhension. Nous avons demandés une chambre avec baignoire nous l'avons eu. Au niveau du transport nous étions à 200m d'un arrêt de bus, à 1km du métro donc la marche ça se fait et ils proposent une navette 3 fois le matin et 3 fois le soir pour amener à une station de métro (mais nous l'avons pas prise). Avec Google Maps nous nous sommes déplacés sans soucis (jeune couple).
La chambre n'était pas du tout à nos attentes. Le lit double c'était deux lits simples collés. Dans la salle de bain le plafond décollé à cause d'une fuite d'eau laissant du plâtre par terre. Tapisserie à besoin d'être refait, rideau tâchés, pas du tout méritant les 4 étoiles. Nous étions à côté de la laverie au sixième étage ce qui a fait que nous entendions tout, les murs sont trop fins. Assez déçu par la chambre, ne correspond pas du tout aux photos.

J'ai aimé le personnel du petit déjeuner les femmes de ménage qui sont à l'écoute et rapport qualité prix convenable
Je n'ai pas apprécié le comportement de l'hôtesse au nom de Irina très désagréable en revanche au niveau du service du petit déjeuner c'était bien personnel agréable les femmes de ménage très gentille à l'écoute hôtel en général vieillot pas de frigo dans la chambre à part ça c'était correct

« Établissement très correct rapport qualité prix avec un personnel sympathique »
Belle chambre à l'étage (5ème) se qui a permis de ne pas avoir le bruit des personnes en terrasse. Le personnel est agréable, le chauffeur de la navette et en particulier Justine qui parle le français se qui n'est pas le cas du personnel même à la réception. Nous avons fait la connaissance du directeur qui lui est en plus Français, donc parfait en cas de problème.
Le manque de personnel parlant le français. Et le WiFi qui passe mal dans la chambre (5ème étage)
